Wyatt Lynch, LMHCA

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I graduated in with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Family Institute at Northwestern University. Previously, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Washington. During my internship at Northwestern, I gained valuable experience working with the Latino community at Consejo Counseling & Referral Service in Bellevue, Washington, providing services to individuals of all ages.

I have a passion for helping teens and adults navigate their trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and anger management. I also specialize in the complexities of men's mental health. In my practice, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to create a diverse and culturally sensitive environment. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, watching sports, traveling, and spending quality time with friends, family, and my dogs and cats (which you will see in session!)

I hope to create a nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, especially when it feels challenging or even impossible to do so.
